To provide a renovated sash for enabling rain water entering between an existing upper frame and a new upper frame to easily drain to the outdoor side.SOLUTION: The renovated sash includes an existing upper frame 110 remaining in an opening of a building, existing frames consisting of an existing lower frame and existing vertical frames, and new frames consisting of a new upper frame 120, a new lower frame, and new vertical frames mounted covering an area on the inner periphery side of the existing frames, the new upper frame 120 having an extension part 122 extending to the outdoor side, the extension part 122 being formed with a drain hole 127, the extension part 122 extending to the further outdoor side than a sash panel 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】既設上枠と新設上枠との間に浸入した雨水を屋外に容易に排水することが可能な改装サッシを提供する。【解決手段】建物の開口部に残存する既設上枠１１０、既設下枠及び既設縦枠からなる既設枠と、既設枠の内周側を覆うように取り付けられる新設上枠１２０、新設下枠及び新設縦枠からなる新設枠、を備える改装サッシであって、新設上枠１２０は、屋外側に張り出した張出部１２２を有し、張出部１２２に排水穴１２７が形成される。張出部１２２は、障子２０よりも屋外側に張り出す。【選択図】図４
