To provide a fiber product treatment agent composition capable of containing a functional capsule in dispersed condition without causing phase separation or reduction of function of capsule over time.SOLUTION: The fiber product treatment agent composition is provided that includes: (A) at least one kind of compound selected from an amine compound, which may be segmented by an ester group (-COO-) and/or an amide group (-NHCO-) and has 1 to 3 hydrocarbon group having 10 to 26 carbon atoms in a molecule, a salt thereof and a quaternized compound thereof; (B) a nonionic compound represented by the general formula (B1), wherein Ris an alkyl group or a phenyl group having 6 to 10 carbon atoms, Ris an alkylene group having 1 to 2 carbon atoms, Ris an alkylene group having 2 to 3 carbon atoms, which may be same or different, Ris a methyl group or hydrogen, m is 0 or 1, n is 0 to 2, and n is not 0 when Ris the alkyl group having 1 6 to 10 carbon atoms; (C) an inorganic salt; and (D) a functional capsule, with content of the (B) component of 0.5 to 8 mass% based on total mass of the fiber product treatment agent composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】経時的な相分離や機能性カプセルの機能低下を起こすことなく、機能性カプセルを分散した状態で含有できる繊維製品処理剤組成物を提供する。【解決手段】（Ａ）エステル基（−ＣＯＯ−）及び／又はアミド基（−ＮＨＣＯ−）で分断されていてもよい、炭素数１０〜２６の炭化水素基を分子内に１〜３個有するアミン化合物、その塩及びその４級化物からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも１種の化合物；（Ｂ）一般式（Ｂ１）で表される非イオン性化合物：（式中、Ｒ1は炭素数６〜１０のアルキル基又はフェニル基であり、Ｒ2は炭素数１〜２のアルキレン基であり、Ｒ3は同一又は異なっていてもよい炭素数２〜３のアルキレン基であり、Ｒ4はメチル基又は水素であり、ｍは０又は１であり、ｎは０〜２である、但しＲ1が炭素数６〜１０のアルキル基である場合、ｎは０ではない。）；（Ｃ）無機塩；及び（Ｄ）機能性カプセルを含み、（Ｂ）成分の含量が繊維製品処理剤組成物の総質量に対して０．５〜８質量％である、繊維製品処理剤組成物。【選択図】なし
