Summary:To provide an insertion apparatus making it possible to reduce a man-hour required for a process of inserting an elongated fragile member into a tubular member.SOLUTION: An insertion apparatus 1 is an apparatus for inserting an elongated driving belt DBL into a tubular passage PL from an entrance EL of the passage PL. The insertion apparatus 1 includes a guide mechanism 10L. The guide mechanism 10L includes plural guide members 14L. The plural guide members 14L are arrayed along from one end of the driving belt DBL to the other end thereof that is linearly arranged between a slider SL, which serves as a support member that supports one end of the driving belt DBL, and the entrance EL. The plural guide members 14L each support a part of the driving belt DBL so as to restrict a sag of the driving belt DBL. The guide mechanism 10L causes the guide members 14L, which support one end of the driving belt DBL and the other end thereof respectively, to recede from the driving belt DBL, causes the slider SL to approach the passage PL, and inserts the other end of the driving belt DBL into the passage PL.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15 【課題】 長尺状の軟弱部材を管状部材に挿通する工程の工数を削減できる挿通装置を提供する。【解決手段】 挿通装置1は、長尺状の駆動ベルトDBLを管状の通路PLの入口ELから通路PL内へ挿通する装置である。挿通装置1は、ガイド機構10Lを備える。ガイド機構10Lは、複数のガイド部材14Lを備える。複数のガイド部材14Lが、駆動ベルトDBLの一端を支持する支持部材としてのスライダSLと入口ELとの間にて直線状に整形された駆動ベルトDBLの一端から他端に沿って配列される。複数のガイド部材14Lは、駆動ベルトDBLの一部をそれぞれ支持して、駆動ベルトDBLの弛みを規制する。ガイド機構10Lは、駆動ベルトDBLの一端部又は他端部を支持するガイド部材14Lを駆動ベルトDBLから退避させつつ、通路PLとスライダSLとを近付けて駆動ベルトDBLの他端部を通路PL内へ挿通する。【選択図】 図15
