Summary:To provide a method for shaping cylindrical composite materials, and an inner periphery lamination device and a cylindrical composite material that reduce a possibility that meandering portions occur in a composite material sheet even when a composite material is shaped thickly and cylindrically.SOLUTION: The method for shaping cylindrical composite materials has a lamination step S11 and a compression and heating step S12. The lamination step S11 is a step for cylindrically laminating a plurality of composite material sheets while forming splices between ends of the respective composite material sheets and making circumferential phases of the splices formed by adjacent composite material sheets different. The compression and heating step S12 is a step for heating the plurality of composite material sheets laminated at the lamination step S11 while compressing them in a state of being arranged along the inner periphery of a cylindrical mold, to cause a reaction of a resin included in the plurality of composite material sheets, thereby uniting the plurality of composite material sheets to shape them cylindrically.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】複合材料を厚肉の円筒状に成形する場合にも、複合材料シートに蛇行部が生じてしまう可能性を低減する円筒状複合材料の成形方法、内周積層装置及び円筒状複合材料を提供すること。【解決手段】円筒状複合材料の成形方法は、積層ステップS11と、加圧加熱ステップS12と、を有する。積層ステップS11は、複数の複合材料シートを、各複合材料シートの端部同士の間にスプライスを形成して、隣接する複合材料シートによって形成されるスプライスの周方向の位相を異ならせて、円筒状に積層するステップである。加圧加熱ステップS12は、積層ステップS11で積層した複数の複合材料シートを、円筒型の内周に沿って配置した状態で加圧しながら加熱することで、複数の複合材料シートに含まれる樹脂を反応させて、複数の複合材料シートを一体化して円筒状に成形するステップである。【選択図】図1
