To provide a needle assembly in which a needle protection member is protected from being positioned in a use position by vibration during transportation or at dropping.SOLUTION: A needle assembly 10 comprises a needle unit 12 and a needle case 14. The needle unit 12 includes a needle tube 16, a needle hub 18, a needle protection member 20, and a movement restriction portion 96. The movement restriction portion 96 is displaceable between a check position at which a movement of the needle protection member 20 from a protection position to a use position is restricted and a retreat position at which the movement of the needle protection member 20 from the protection position to the use position is permitted. The needle case 14 includes a displacement check portion 134 at which displacement of the movement restriction member 96 from the check position to the retreat position is disabled when the needle unit 12 is received in the needle case 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】輸送時や落下時の振動によって針保護部材が使用位置に位置しない針組立体を提供する。【解決手段】針組立体１０は、針ユニット１２と針ケース１４とを備える。針ユニット１２は、針管１６、針ハブ１８、針保護部材２０及び移動規制部９６を有する。移動規制部９６は、針保護部材２０の保護位置から使用位置への移動を規制する阻止位置と針保護部材２０の保護位置から使用位置への移動を許可する退避位置とに変位可能である。針ケース１４は、針ユニット１２が針ケース１４内に収納された収納状態で、移動規制部９６の阻止位置から退避位置への変位を阻止する変位阻止部１３４を有する。【選択図】図１
