The body b1 comprises a composite bent part 40 comprising an inward bent part 44 bent inward, and outward bent parts 60, 46 bent outward. The composite bent part 40 is arranged between the first and second regions R1, R2. The body b1 is formed of a first material, the crown member is formed of a second material.
