The positive electrode active material 10 is disposed on a surface of the positive electrode current collector 110. The positive electrode current collector 110 includes a piece of aluminum foil 111 and an aluminum hydrous oxide film 112. The aluminum hydrous oxide film 112 covers a surface of the piece of aluminum foil. The aluminum hydrous oxide film 112 has a thickness of 10 nm or more and 500 nm or less. The aluminum hydrous oxide film 112 has a porosity of 10% or more and 50% or less.
