In a fixed state where the knob part 82 is fixed to the base part 81, a fitting protrusion part formed at the base part 81 is fitted in a region between an outer peripheral wall part 86 and a cylindrical part formed at the knob part 82, and a pair of opposing wall parts formed at the fitting protrusion parts are opposing to internal wall surfaces of a pair of grip surface parts 86A, 86B of the knob part 82 respectively, and arranged along the internal wall surfaces respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】操作つまみの基部とつまみ部とを別部品として構成することができ、つまみ部の強度を高めやすい構成を提供する。【解決手段】ガスコンロにおいて、操作つまみ２１は、基部８１、つまみ部８２、連結部材、を有する。基部８１につまみ部８２が固定された固定状態において、基部８１に形成された嵌合凸部がつまみ部８２に形成された外周壁部８６及び筒状部の間の領域に嵌り込む構成をなし、嵌合凸部に形成された一対の対向壁部が、つまみ部８２の一対の把持面部８６Ａ，８６Ｂのそれぞれの内壁面と対向し且つそれぞれの内壁面に沿って配置される構成をなす。【選択図】図７
