To provide a concrete pump which can inhibit a piston packing form being damaged early.SOLUTION: A concrete piston 9A is included in a concrete cylinder 9, which moves forward and rearward in an axial direction, and includes a piston packing 24 which contacts with an inner surface 9b of a concrete casing 9B of the concrete cylinder 9. The piston packing 24 includes: a body part 24A; and a lip part 24B which extends from the body part 24A so that an outer diameter becomes larger than the body part 24A. A concrete pump includes grease supply means which supplies grease to the inner surface 9b of the concrete casing 9B. The concrete piston 9A includes a scraper 28 which scrapes grease remaining at the axial rear side of the lip part 24B in conjunction with forward axial movement of the concrete piston 9A and moves the grease to the axial front side of the concrete piston 9A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】ピストンパッキンが早期に損傷することを抑制することができるコンクリートポンプを提供する。【解決手段】軸方向の前後に移動するコンクリートシリンダ９に備えるコンクリートピストン９Ａは、コンクリートシリンダ９のコンクリートケーシング９Ｂの内面９ｂに当接するピストンパッキン２４を備え、ピストンパッキン２４は、本体部２４Ａと、本体部２４Ａよりも外径が大きくなるように本体部２４Ａから延出されたリップ部２４Ｂと、を備え、コンクリートケーシング９Ｂの内面９ｂに油脂を給脂する給脂手段を備え、コンクリートピストン９Ａは、コンクリートピストン９Ａの軸方向の前方への移動に伴いリップ部２４Ｂの軸方向の後方へ留まっている油脂を掻き取ってコンクリートピストン９Ａの軸方向の前方へ移動させるためのスクレーパ２８を備えている。【選択図】図４
