To firmly mount multiple stationary blades on a blade ring.SOLUTION: A stationary blade segment 30 comprises a blade ring 70, multiple stationary blades 33, and a caulking member 90 for restraining movements of the multiple stationary blades 33 with respect to the blade ring 70. The blade ring 70 includes: a blade ring groove 73 outer shrouds 50 of the multiple stationary blades 33 enter; and an accommodation space forming part 81. The blade ring groove 73 includes a projection 76 protruding from a second groove side face 74d of the blade ring groove 73 to a first side Dau in an axial direction Da. The accommodation space forming part 81 forms an accommodation space 87 the caulking member 90 enters in cooperation with the outer shrouds 50. The accommodation space forming part 81 communicates with a first groove side face 74u of the blade ring groove 73. The caulking member 90 is settled within the accommodation space 87 and brought into contact with the blade ring groove 73 and the outer shrouds 50.
