Summary:To provide methods for suppressing development and metastasis of breast cancer tumors.SOLUTION: Provided is an effective amount of glucocorticoid receptor promoter, in which a pharmaceutical composition containing antcin A of Antrodia cinnameme ingredient as a main active ingredient, a carrier, and an excipient is administered, the composition and breast cancer cells react, microRNA-708 is activated by transcriptional activation of glucocorticoid receptor α, cell cycle stagnation is induced while the growth of breast cancer cells is suppressed, the expression of miR-708 is induced by signaling of activation of the pharmaceutical composition and subsequently the activity of NF-κB is suppressed, and the expression of its lower target genes COX-2 and cMYC are downregulated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】乳房腫瘍の発生と転移を抑制する方法の提供。【解決手段】有効量の糖質コルチコイド受容体促進剤であって、主な活性組成物とされる牛樟芝成分のアントシンAと、担体や賦形剤とが含まれる医学組成物が、投与され、該組成物と乳癌細胞とが反応し、糖質コルチコイド受容体αの転写活性化によりマイクロRNA-708を活性化し、上記乳癌細胞の増殖を抑制しながら、細胞の周期停滞を誘発させ、上記医学組成物活性化のシグナル伝達によって、miR-708の表現が誘発されてから、NF-κBの活性が抑制され、そして、その下位標的遺伝子COX-2とcMYCの表現を下向き調節する。【選択図】図1
