Summary:To finalize the product specifications step by step and accurately predict the number of uses of various components in accordance with the progress of processes such as a design processing in an individual order design product for which designing and component arrangement are to be performed.SOLUTION: A component order system has: a component order device which generates component order information and a production plan system which sends production plan information to the component order device, and the component order device includes: a process-by-process arrangement probability estimation part which calculates component arrangement probability for each manufacturing process in products manufactured in the past; a used component number estimation part which calculates the number of components used in the products manufactured in the past; a product-by-product used quantity prediction part which predicts the quantity of components used based on the use probability and the number of components used where component arrangement probability corresponding to the progress of the processes of the products specified from the production plan information is defined as use probability of the component; and a component order information generation part which calculates the number of orders of components based on the quantity of components used and a lot size as a minimum component order unit and generates the component order information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】段階的に製品仕様を確定させ、設計、部品手配を行っていく個別受注設計品において、設計などの工程進捗に応じた各種部品の使用数を精度良く予測する。【解決手段】部品発注情報を生成する部品発注装置と、部品発注装置に生産計画情報を送る生産計画システムと、を有する部品発注システムであって、前記部品発注装置は、過去に製作した製品における製作工程別の部品の手配確率を算出する工程別手配確率推定部と、過去に製作した製品における部品の使用時の員数を算出する部品使用時員数推定部と、前記生産計画情報から特定される製品の工程進捗に対応する部品の手配確率を当該部品の使用確率とし、当該使用確率および部品の使用時の員数に基づいて部品の使用数を予測する製品別使用数予測部と、部品の使用数と、部品の最少発注単位であるロットサイズとに基づいて部品の発注数を算出し、部品発注情報を生成する部品発注情報生成部と、を備える。【選択図】図1
