Summary:To minimize damage so that oil does not leak even if a rotating shaft is broken by the excessive rotation or the like of a turbine blade, in an exhaust turbosupercharger.SOLUTION: A turbine blade 1 is joined (fixed) to a small-diameter part 22 by welding with one end part of a rotating shaft 3 as the small-diameter part 22. A portion which is fit into a bearing hole 19 of a turbine housing 4 of the rotating shaft 3 is formed into a large-diameter part 18, and a seal material 21 is attached to the large-diameter part 18. When an excessive load is applied to the rotating shaft 3, the rotating shaft 3 is broken at the small-diameter part 22 at the outside of the large-diameter part 18. Therefore, oil supplied to a bearing part 12 for rotatably holding the rotating shaft 3 does not leak from the bearing hole 19. Accordingly, an exhaust turbosupercharger can be self-propelled in a maintenance factory or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】排気ターボ過給機において、タービン翼の過回転などによって回転軸が折損しても、オイルの漏洩が生じないように最小限度の被害に止める構成とする。【解決手段】回転軸3の一端部を小径部22と成して、この小径部22にタービン翼1が溶接で接合(固定)されている。回転軸3のうち、タービンハウジング4の軸受け孔19に嵌まっている部分は大径部18になっており、この大径部18にシール材21が装着されている。回転軸3に過負荷が掛かった場合は、回転軸3は、大径部18の外側の小径部22で折損する。このため、回転軸3を回転自在に保持する軸受け部12に供給されているオイルが軸受け孔19から揺曳することはない。従って、整備工場等に自走できる。【選択図】図2
