Summary: | To provide a polyimide powder having excellent environmental compatibility.SOLUTION: A polyimide powder is characterized by: 1) the polyimide is a solid phase polymer of a salt comprising tetracarboxylic acid or tetracarboxylic acid diester and diamine, in the presence of a solvent of 1 mass% or more and 30 mass% or less relative to the mass of the salt; 2) it is soluble in an amide solvent; 3) it has a weight average molecular weight of 10000 or more by GPC; 4) it has an average particle size in volume by laser diffraction of 1-1000 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】環境適合性が良好なポリイミド粉体を提供する。【解決手段】以下を特徴とするポリイミド粉体。1)ポリイミドが、テトラカルボン酸、またはテトラカルボン酸ジエステルと、ジアミンとからなる塩の、この塩の質量に対し1質量%以上30質量%以下の溶媒の存在下での固相重合体である。2)アミド系溶媒に可溶性である。3)GPCによる重量平均分子量が10000以上である。4)レーザ回折法による体積基準の平均粒径が1〜1000μmである。【選択図】なし |
