Summary:To provide a polyphenylene sulfide resin composition that does not significantly impair the excellent mechanical strength that a polyphenylene sulfide resin originally has, as well as exhibits excellent low die contamination and tracking resistance and provide a molding thereof.SOLUTION: A polyphenylene sulfide resin composition contains, relative to 100 pts.wt. of (A) a polyphenylene sulfide resin, (B) 5-50 pts.wt. of a polyamide resin represented by the following structural formula, having a viscosity number of 150 ml/g or more measured in accordance with ISO 307(2007), (C) an elastomer of 3-70 pts.wt., and (D) magnesium hydroxide of 50-250 pts.wt.
