To provide production methods of Antrodia cinnameme activity compositions that act as an adjunct to anticancer agents.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a production method of an Antrodia cinnameme active composition that acts as an adjunct of anticancer agents, the composition consisting of 1% to 50% (W/W) of water extract and ethanol extract of Antrodia cinnameme fruit bodies grown in Antrodia cinnameme material wood, and 50% to 99% (W/W) of water extract and ethanol extract of solid cultured mycelia of Antrodia cinnameme. The Antrodia cinnameme active composition assists chemotherapeutic drugs, increases the cancer cell growth inhibition of chemotherapeutic drugs, and reduces and alleviates the side effects by chemotherapeutic drugs. In particular, it works to alleviate the decline in the granulocyte monocyte colony-stimulating factor (CFU-GM) of bone marrow due to chemotherapeutic drugs, and the decline in the number of white blood cells, red blood cells, lymphocytes and neutrophil white blood cells due to chemotherapeutic drugs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】抗がん薬剤の補助剤の効果を果たす牛樟芝活性組成物の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】抗がん薬剤の補助剤の効果を果たす牛樟芝活性組成物の製造方法に関し、その特徴は、１％から５０％（Ｗ／Ｗ）の牛樟原木において栽培された牛樟芝の子実体の水抽出物及びエタノール抽出物と、５０％から９９％（Ｗ／Ｗ）の牛樟芝の固体培養された菌糸体の水抽出物及びエタノール抽出物からなるものの製造方法である。牛樟芝活性組成物は、化学療法薬を補助し、化学療法薬のがん細胞増殖抑制を増進し、化学療法薬による副作用を軽減かつ緩和する。特に、化学療法薬による骨髄の顆粒球単球コロニー刺激因子（ＣＦＵ−ＧＭ）の下降、及び化学療法薬による白血球、赤血球、リンパ球と好中性白血球の数の下降を緩和する効果を果たす。【選択図】 図１
