Summary:To suppress the balance between supply and demand for a fuel gas when a current limit is released.SOLUTION: In a case in which a fuel cell generates power at the upper limit of the supply capacity of a fuel gas supply unit, when it is determined that a restriction condition is satisfied in which the fuel cell cannot generate power corresponding to the required power generation amount, a power control unit of a fuel cell system starts the current limit, and in a case in which the restriction condition is canceled and the current restriction is released, the power control unit of the fuel cell system release the current limit at a predetermined first increase rate when the power generation requirement exceeds a threshold determined from the maximum power generation amount of the fuel cell, and releases the current limit at a second increase rate greater than the first increase rate when the power generation requirement is below the threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】電流の制限を解除する場合の燃料ガスの需給バランスの崩れを抑制する。【解決手段】燃料電池システムの電力制御部は、燃料電池が前記燃料ガス供給部の供給能力の上限で発電している場合に、燃料電池が前記発電要求量に見合った発電ができない制限条件が成立していると判断した場合に電流の制限を開始し、制限条件が解消して電流の制限を解除するときに、発電要求量が燃料電池の最大発電量から定めた閾値を超えている場合には、電流の制限を予め定めた第1の上昇割合で解除し、発電要求量が閾値以下の場合には、電流の制限を前記第1の上昇割合よりも大きな第2の上昇割合で解除する。【選択図】図2
