To provide a heating cooking chamber whose size is not increased even when washing water is caused to circulate in the cooking chamber.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes a discharge port 20d for discharging air and water in a cooking chamber 20 from a bottom of the cooking chamber, a steam amount measuring tank 43 provided in a discharge route 40 for discharging air and water from the discharge port 20d, a temperature sensor 44 provided in the steam amount measuring tank 43, and a sprinkler 45 for spraying water to the temperature sensor 44, which is provided in the steam amount measuring tank 43, and measures an amount of steam in the cooking chamber 20 using a detection temperature when water is sprayed to the temperature sensor 44 from the sprinkler 45. A washing nozzle 53 for jetting washing water is provided to the cooking chamber 20 so that the cooking chamber 20 is washed by causing the washing water jetted from the washing nozzle 53 to circulate in the steam amount measuring tank 43 and the cooking chamber 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15 【課題】調理庫内に洗浄水を循環させるようにしても大型化しない加熱調理庫を提供する。【解決手段】加熱調理器は、調理庫２０の底部から調理庫内の空気及び水を排出する排出口２０ｄと、排出口２０ｄから空気及び水を排出する排出経路４０に設けた蒸気量測定用タンク４３と、蒸気量測定用タンク４３内に設けられた温度センサ４４と、蒸気量測定用タンク４３内に設けられて温度センサ４４に水を散水する散水器４５とを備え、散水器４５から温度センサ４４に散水したときの検出温度を用いて調理庫２０内の蒸気量を測定するようにしたものであり、調理庫２０には洗浄水を噴出する洗浄ノズル５３を設け、洗浄ノズル５３から噴出させる洗浄水を蒸気量測定用タンク４３と調理庫２０とを循環させるようにして調理庫２０を洗浄するようにした。【選択図】図１５
