To provide a carriage capable of traveling at a high speed on a curved section while improving the ride comfort of passengers along the curved section, and a vehicle equipped with said carriage in a traffic system guided by tracks during traveling.SOLUTION: A carriage 2 comprises: traveling wheels 11 traveling on a track surface of a track 100; an axle 10 provided below a vehicle body 3 and having the traveling wheels 11 attached thereto; a carriage body 12 supporting the axle 10; a guide device 13 which can be guided by the track 100 and turned around a turning axis O along the vertical direction on the carriage body 12; a steering device 14 which steers the traveling wheels 11 in response to the turning of the guide device 13 when said guide device 13 turns along a curved section of the track 100; and an inclining device 15 connected to the guide device 13, which generates an inclining force in which the outside of the vehicle body is directed upward with respect to the inside of the curved section of the vehicle body 3 according to the turning of the guide device 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】走行時に軌道によって案内される交通システムにおいて、曲線部での乗客の乗り心地を向上しつつ、曲線部を高速走行可能な台車、及びこの台車を備えた車両を提供する。【解決手段】軌道１００の走行路面上を走行する走行輪１１と、車体３の下方に設けられて走行輪１１が取り付けられた車軸１０と、車軸１０を支持する台車本体１２と、軌道１００によって案内されることが可能であり、台車本体１２に鉛直方向に沿う旋回軸線Ｏ回りに旋回可能に設けられた案内装置１３と、案内装置１３が軌道１００の曲線部に沿うように旋回した際、案内装置１３の旋回に対応して走行輪１１を操舵する操舵装置１４と、案内装置１３に接続されて、案内装置１３の旋回に応じて、車体３における曲線部の内側に対して、該車体の外側が上方に向かう傾斜力を発生させる傾斜装置１５と、を備える台車２である。【選択図】図１
