Summary:To reliably supply lubricating oil to a bearing of an intermediate gear positioned in a narrow space by means of a simple structure.SOLUTION: An in-wheel motor driving device 21 comprises an electric motor for driving a wheel, a balanced shaft gear reducer 23 which decelerates and outputs rotation of the electric motor, and a casing 25 housing a parallel axis gear reducer 23. A bearing 41 for rotatably supporting an intermediate gear 33 of the parallel axis gear reducer 23 is installed on a wall surface 55 of the casing 25. An addendum outer diameter of the intermediate gear 33 is larger than an outer ring outer diameter of the bearing 41. The bearing 41 is disposed in a narrow space between the wall surface 55 of the casing 25 and an end surface of a recessed part of the intermediate gear 33.
