Summary: | To provide a wire electric discharge machining device that can stably lift up a core while preventing damage of a lower guide unit due to falling of the core and apply desired jet pressure during clipping and after the clipping, with a comparatively simple structure.SOLUTION: The wire electric discharge machining device comprises: upper and lower wire guide units configured to include a wire guide for positioning and guiding a wire electrode and a jet nozzle for supplying jet flow to the wire electrode concentrically; and a core holding pad that has a penetration hole penetrating in a vertical direction and has a plurality of protruding parts, in which distances from upper surfaces thereof to a lower surface of a work-piece are equal, formed therein. The core holding pad is arranged in the lower guide unit so that the jet nozzle is arranged in the penetration hole and therefore the nozzle can approach the lower surface of the work-piece as close as possible so as to hold the lower surface of the core. Machining liquid jetted during clipping and after the clipping is discharged through gaps of a plurality of protrusions connected to the penetration hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】比較的簡単な構成で、中子の落下による下側ガイドユニットの損傷を防止しつつ、中子を安定して持ち上げることができるとともに、切り抜き中および切り抜き後に所望の噴流圧を付与することができるワイヤ放電加工装置を提供すること。【解決手段】ワイヤ放電加工装置は、ワイヤ電極を位置決め案内するワイヤガイドとワイヤ電極に同軸に噴流を供給する噴流ノズルとを含んでなる上側および下側ワイヤガイドユニットと、上下方向に貫く貫通孔を有し、上面から被加工物の下面までの距離が等しい複数の突起部が形成された中子保持パッドと、を備え、中子保持パッドは、噴流ノズルが貫通孔内に配置されるようにして中子の下面を保持可能に被加工物の下面に可能な限り近接するように下側ワイヤガイドユニットに配置され、切り抜き中および切り抜き後に噴射される加工液は、貫通孔と接続された複数の突起部の間隙から放出される。【選択図】図2 |
