To provide a manufacturing method of a surface-treatment metal plate capable of preventing a coating on the end part from becoming too thick, and obtaining a uniform surface-treated coating.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a surface-treatment metal plate for forming a surface-treated coating by applying surface treatment liquid onto the surface of the metal plate.
