Summary: | To provide an outer rotor type rotary electric machine capable of enhancing an effect of suppressing fluctuation of a rotor core having a divided structure.SOLUTION: The outer rotor type electric motor includes: a stator 10 having a stator core 11; a rotor base 22; a rotor core 21 that is cantilevered by the rotor base 22 and arranged on an outer peripheral side of the stator core 11; and a rotor 20 having a plurality of permanent magnets 23 fixed to an inner peripheral side of the rotor core 21. The rotor core 21 is composed of a plurality of rotor core blocks 25 that are divided in a circumferential direction and an axial direction and are arranged so that division positions in the circumferential direction are not adjacent in the axial direction. The rotor 20 has a welding part 28 in which a gap 27 between the rotor core blocks 25 adjacent in the circumferential direction and a part of the other rotor core blocks 25 having the same circumferential position with respect to the gap 27 are continuously welded in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】分割構造のロータコアの変動を抑制する効果を高めることができるアウターロータ型回転電機を提供する。【解決手段】アウターロータ型電動機は、ステータコア11を有するステータ10と、ロータベース22、ロータベース22に片持ち支持され且つステータコア11の外周側に配置されたロータコア21、及びロータコア21の内周側に固定された複数の永久磁石23を有するロータ20とを備える。ロータコア21は、周方向及び軸方向で分割され且つ周方向の分割位置が軸方向で隣り合わないように配置された複数のロータコアブロック25で構成される。ロータ20は、周方向に隣り合うロータコアブロック25の間の隙間27と隙間27に対して周方向位置が同じである他のロータコアブロック25の一部分とを軸方向に連続して溶接した溶接部28を有する。【選択図】図4 |
