Summary:To satisfactorily rotate a coil-like member through contact with a rotating body.SOLUTION: A toner container 30 (powder storage container) is installed with a coil-like member 45 rotated through contact with a first stirring member 33 (rotating body) rotating in a predetermined direction at a position adjacent to the first stirring member 33. The coil-like member 45 is provided with divided coil parts 45a to 45d that are divided into plurality in an axial direction along the center of rotation S of the coil-like member.
