In a first case 6 of the magnetic sensor device 3 that holds a sensor substrate 11 on which a magnetoresistive element 12 is mounted, are accommodated a first circuit board 31 and a second circuit board 32 on which electronic components for processing the signal of the magnetoresistive element 12 are mounted. A shield member 20 is arranged at the bottom of the first case 6. The shield member 20 is arranged between the first and second circuit boards 31, 32 and the sensor substrate 11, so that it is possible to reduce magnetic influences from the electronic components on the magnetoresistive element 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】電子部品を搭載した回路基板を備えた磁気センサ装置において、磁気センサ素子に対する回路基板からの磁気的影響を低減させること。【解決手段】磁気式エンコーダ装置1は、磁気スケール2に対して相対移動する磁気センサ装置3を備える。磁気センサ装置3は、磁気抵抗素子12を搭載したセンサ基板11を保持する第1ケース6に、磁気抵抗素子12の信号を処理する電子部品が搭載された第1回路基板31および第2回路基板32を収容している。第1ケース6の底部にはシールド部材20が配置されている。シールド部材20は、第1回路基板31および第2回路基板32と、センサ基板11との間に配置されているので、磁気抵抗素子12に対する電子部品からの磁気的影響を低減させることができる。【選択図】図3 |
