Summary:To provide a heating cooker in which cleaning work of a cooking chamber is not troublesome.SOLUTION: A heating cooker 10 sucks air from the other side part to the one side part in a cooking chamber 20 by a convection fan 26, delivers the air from the one side part to the other side part along a peripheral wall of the cooking chamber 20 and circulates the air inside the cooking chamber 20, and food materials are heated and cooked by the hot air which was the circulated air heated by a heater 25. On a ceiling wall of the cooking chamber 20, a washing nozzle 40 is provided which has a jetting port 40b opened toward the side part of the cooking chamber 20 and which jets washing water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】調理庫の洗浄作業が面倒とならない加熱調理器を提供する。【解決手段】加熱調理器１０は、対流ファン２６によって調理庫２０内の他方の側部から一方の側部に空気を吸い込んだ空気を調理庫２０の周壁に沿って一方の側部から他方の側部に送出して調理庫２０内の空気を循環させ、循環させた空気をヒータ２５によって加熱した熱風によって食材を加熱調理するものであり、調理庫２０の天井壁には調理庫２０の側部に向けて開口した噴射口４０ｂを有して洗浄水を噴射する洗浄ノズル４０を設けた。【選択図】図３
