Summary: | To provide a reclining device capable of suppressing unlock of an engagement state caused by the inertial force in a walk-in mechanism while avoiding deterioration of operability during unlocking.SOLUTION: An embodiment of the present disclosure is a reclining device of a vehicle seat. The reclining device comprises: a tilt member transmitting oscillation force to a back frame; an engaging member connected to an oscillatable part of a frame of the vehicle seat relatively to the tilt member, which can oscillate between an engaging position to be engaged with the tilt member and un-engaging position where engagement is released; a regulation member which can oscillate between a regulation position to regulate oscillation from the engaging position of the engaging member to the un-engaging position and a non-regulation position not to regulate oscillation; and an operation member in which the regulation member is oscillated from the regulation position to the non-regulation position by oscillating from a lock position to an unlock position, and the engaging member is oscillated from the engaging position to the un-engaging position.
