To provide a film which has high surface hardness even though being a thin film and realizes stable surface hardness even if the usage environment changes.SOLUTION: There is provided a laminated film in which a B layer is provided on one surface of an A layer constituted of at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of an aromatic polyamide, a polyimide and a polyamide imide, wherein the surface hardness when measured from the surface of the B layer side is defined as X and the surface hardness when measured from the surface of the B layer side after storing the laminated film under conditions of 85°C and 85%RH for 100 hours is defined as Y, the following expressions (1) and (2) are satisfied: (1) X≥5H and (2)X-Y≤1 rank.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】薄膜でも高い表面硬度を持ち、使用環境が変化しても安定した表面硬度を実現するフィルムを提供すること。【解決手段】芳香族ポリアミド、ポリイミドおよびポリアミドイミドからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも１種のポリマーにより構成されるＡ層の少なくとも片面に、Ｂ層が設けられた積層フィルムであって、Ｂ層側の表面から測定したときの表面硬度をＸとし、積層フィルムを８５℃−８５％ＲＨの環境下で１００時間保存した後にＢ層側の表面から測定したときの表面硬度をＹとしたとき、下記（１）、（２）を満たす積層フィルムとする。（１）Ｘ≧５Ｈ（２）Ｘ−Ｙ≦１ランク【選択図】 なし
