Summary:To provide an image processing device capable of reducing the capacity of storage data of three-dimensional volume data.SOLUTION: An image processing device according to the present invention extracts voxels having a voxel value whose absolute value is greater than a threshold value out of volume data including negative voxels, reduces a voxel data amount having a voxel value whose absolute value is smaller than the threshold value, and compresses the volume data.
