Summary: | To provide a rotary electric machine stator capable of improving space factor of coils, and of improving characteristics of a rotary electric machine; and to provide a rotary electric machine, and a manufacturing method of the rotary electric machine stator.SOLUTION: Winding wires are wound around each tooth 72, and there are provided coils 11, 12 stored in a slot part 73 surrounded by a tooth 72 and a back yoke 70. The coil 12 from the beginning to the last, whose winding wire is wound around the tooth 72, that is stored in the slot part 73 classifies an inner layer group 25, an intermediate layer group 26, and an outer layer group 27. Each winding part pitch L1 in a radial direction X for each winding order of the winding wire in the inner layer group 25 is formed to be shorter than each winding part pitch L2 in the intermediate layer group 26.
