To provide an information display sheet that is suitable when opening reception at a refuge site where a disaster victim retreats for enabling the reception to be quickly opened, enabling a flow of procedures at the reception to be easily grasped, completing the procedure in a short time and enabling a movement to a required site.SOLUTION: An information sheet 1 is configured to uphold on a table and be placeable thereon, and has a plurality of information display parts B, D and F in which an information item is described provided along a longitudinal direction in an action sequence. In each of the information display parts B, D and F, a number of the action sequence is written.
