Summary:To improve low heat build-up properties and wear resistance of a rubber composition containing silica.SOLUTION: A rubber composition for tires contains: a diene rubber containing a modified diene rubber into which a functional group containing an oxygen atom and/or a nitrogen atom has been introduced; silica; and an ether ester which is a polyoxyalkylene glycerol fatty acid ester represented by general formula (1) and is a monoester and/or a diester. In the formula (1), R, Rand Reach represent a hydrogen atom or an acyl group having a C6-30 saturated or unsaturated alkyl group; at least one of R, Rand Ris an acyl group; R, Rand Reach represent a C2-4 alkylene group; a, b and c each represent an average addition molar number; and 60 mass% or more of (RO), (RO)and (RO)consist of oxyethylene groups.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】シリカ配合のゴム組成物において低発熱性と耐摩耗性を改良する。【解決手段】酸素原子及び/又は窒素原子を含む官能基が導入された変性ジエン系ゴムを含むジエン系ゴム、シリカ、及び、下記一般式(1)で表されるポリオキシアルキレングリセリン脂肪酸エステルであってモノエステル及び/又はジエステルであるエーテルエステルを含むタイヤ用ゴム組成物である。式(1)中、R1、R2、R3は水素原子、又は炭素数6〜30の飽和もしくは不飽和のアルキル基を持つアシル基を表し、R1、R2及びR3のうち少なくとも1つはアシル基であり、R4、R5、R6は炭素数2〜4のアルキレン基を表し、a、b、cは平均付加モル数を表し、(R4O)a、(R5O)b及び(R6O)cの60質量%以上がオキシエチレン基からなる。【化1】【選択図】なし
