Summary: | To provide a ceramic capacitor which can achieve both of the capacitance stability and high reliability, and a production method thereof.SOLUTION: In the ceramic capacitor, each dielectric layer comprises, as a primary component, a ceramic represented by BaTiO(0.9990≤m≤1.0015) and having a perovskite structure and to 100 atm% of Ti, 0.05 atm% or more and 0.35 atm% or less of Mn, 0.4 atm% or more and 0.8 atm% or less of Mg, 0.5 atm% or more and 0.9 atm% or less of at least one rare earth element of Ho and Dy, 0.15 atm% or more and 0.30 atm% or less of V, 0.4 atm% or more and 0.9 atm% or less of Si, and 0.00 atm% or more and 0.45 atm% or less of Ca. 【課題】 容量安定性と高信頼性とを両立することができるセラミックコンデンサおよびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 BamTiO3(0.9990≦m≦1.0015)で表されるペロブスカイト構造を有するセラミックを主成分とし、Tiを100atm%とした場合に、Mnを0.05atm%以上0.35atm%以下含み、Mgを0.4atm%以上0.8atm%以下含み、HoおよびDyの少なくともいずれか1つの希土類元素を0.5atm%以上0.9atm%以下含み、Vを0.15atm%以上0.30atm%以下含み、Siを0.4atm%以上0.9atm%以下含み、Caを0.00atm%以上0.45atm%以下含み、セラミック本体を構成するセラミック粒子の平均粒子径は、280nm以上380nm以下である。【選択図】 図1 |
