To provide an attachment unit that can simplify the shape of a member for attaching a second apparatus to a first apparatus.SOLUTION: An attachment unit includes a first attachment member X1 and a second attachment member 2. The first attachment member X1 can be attached to a first apparatus. The second attachment member X2 can be attached to a second apparatus. The first attachment member X1 and second attachment member X2 each have a first engaging part to the N-th (N is an integer of 2 or more) engaging part. The first engaging part to the N-th engaging part of the first attachment member X1 are respectively formed to have the same shapes as those of the first engaging part to the N-th engaging part of the second attachment member X2. The n-th (n is an integer of 1 or more and N or less) engaging part of the first attachment member X1 can be engaged with the (N-n+1)-th engaging part of the second attachment member X2.
