To provide an improved type seat height adjustment device which can enhance a structural strength, and can be fixed to a seat by a general method.SOLUTION: An improved type seat height adjustment device includes a brake mechanism and a clutch mechanism which are located coaxially with each other. The brake mechanism comprises a fixation frame, and the fixation frame has plural fixing elements which are respectively fixed corresponding to each fitting hole, and cannot perform autorotation with respect to the fixation frame. Each fixing element has a connection end part which is connected to the fixation frame.
