Summary:To provide a multilayer coating film formation method that forms a multilayer coating film with provision of a primer coating film for preventing a poor appearance due to foaming when forming a paint coating film on a porous raw material, the method exhibiting sufficient foam restraining effect, and being excellent in stickability to a raw material of a primer coating film, hardness of a multilayer coating film and moisture resistance of the multilayer coating film.SOLUTION: A multilayer coating film formation method applies primer paint containing a polyamidoamine resin and an epoxy resin to a coating object composed of a porous metallic material or a porous alloy material to form a primer coating film having a dry film thickness of greater than 20 μm and 60 μm or less, and applies at least one of powder paint and solvent-type paint on the primer coating film to form a top coating film.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】多孔質な素材上に塗料塗膜を形成するにあたり、発泡による外観不良を防止するためにプライマー塗膜を設けて複層塗膜を形成する複層塗膜形成方法であって、十分な発泡抑制効果を発揮するとともに、プライマー塗膜の素材に対する付着性、複層塗膜の硬度及び複層塗膜の耐湿性にも優れる複層塗膜形成方法を提供すること。【解決手段】多孔質金属材料又は多孔質合金材料からなる被塗物に、ポリアミドアミン樹脂及びエポキシ樹脂を含有するプライマー塗料を塗装して、乾燥膜厚が20μmより大きく60μm以下のプライマー塗膜を形成し、該プライマー塗膜上に粉体塗料及び溶剤型塗料の少なくとも一方を塗装して上塗塗膜を形成する、複層塗膜形成方法。【選択図】なし
