To provide an information providing device, an information providing method and an information providing program capable of providing a business operator who is unaccustomed to content posting with information useful for creating content.SOLUTION: An information providing device according to an embodiment comprises a distribution unit, an acquisition unit and a provision unit. The distribution unit distributes first content posted by a first shop selling commodities or services through electric commerce, to a user. The acquisition unit acquires evaluation information on user's evaluation of the first content distributed by the distribution unit.
