Abstract To suppress an inclination of an output shaft due to an influence of an axial load generated in a gear engagement part when applying a helical gear as a final gear (output gear) of a deceleration part.SOLUTION: A deceleration part of an in-wheel motor driving device includes an output shaft (38) joined to a rotary wheel (12) of a wheel hub bearing part (11), an output gear (37), a helical gear joined coaxially to the output shaft, and a first bearing (38b) and a second bearing (38a) which support the output shaft rotatably, where rigidity of the second bearing part is higher than rigidity of the first bearing.
