To provide a double-structured barrette tool that reduces discomfort during wearing, and combines design property and functionality by one barrette tool, for solving problems in a conventional barrette tool in which the raw material of the barrette tool is formed of a rigid raw material such as resin or acrylic having good design property in making much of the design property as an ornament, and therefore there are such problems as a head is pressed when used for a long time to cause pain and also the barrette tool is easy to slide down.SOLUTION: A barrette tool includes a pair of hair pinching plates having rigidity, and is constituted in an opening/closing manner. The double-structured barrette tool is configured by including a barrette body with biasing means for biasing in the closed direction, and contact pieces bonded inside of the hair pinching plate and consisting of a flexible material contacting with hair. Also, the double-structured barrette tool is configured such that multiple pieces are branched into a comb type in the tip end of the contact pieces, a cross point crossing each other while the barrette tool body is closed is provided, a shape of the cross point is constituted to conform to a head shape, and further multiple rod-shaped protrusions entering the hair bundled up are provided inside of the contact piece.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】従来の髪留め具は、装飾品としてデザイン性を重視することで、髪留め具の素材がデザイン性の良い、樹脂やアクリル等の剛性素材で形成されている。そのため、長時間使用すると頭部に押圧され、痛みを生じ、また、髪留め具が滑り落ちやすい等の問題があった。装着時の不快感を軽減し、１つの髪留め具で、デザイン性と機能性を兼ね備えた二重構造の髪留め具を提供する。【解決手段】髪留め具は、剛性を有する一対の髪挟持板を備え、開閉可能に構成されており、閉じる方向に付勢する付勢手段を備えた髪留め本体と、髪挟持板の内側に接合され、髪と接触する柔軟材よりなる接触片を備えた構成である。また、接触片の先端部に櫛型に複数分岐し、髪留め具本体が閉じた状態で、互いに交差する交差部が設けられ、交差部の形状が、頭の形状に沿うよう構成し、さらに、接触片の内側に、束ねた髪に入り込む複数の棒状突起が設けられた、二重構造の髪留め具。【選択図】図１
