Summary:To provide a rotary machine capable of further suppressing fluttering.SOLUTION: A rotary machine comprises a plurality of blades extending radially and provided at intervals in a circumferential direction. The blade has a belly side surface formed into a concave surface shape and a back side surface formed into a convex surface shape in a cross-sectional view in a radial direction. A position that is a part of the back side surface and at which a flow passage cross sectional area is minimum in a flow passage formed by the belly side surface and the back side surface of the blades adjacent to each other is defined as a primary throat.
