Summary:To provide a vehicle equipped with an electric motor which, when the remaining capacity of a power storage device is a prescribed value or more, can efficiently consume regenerative electric power as heat according to the driving condition of the vehicle, and can effectively use the heat.SOLUTION: A vehicle 1 equipped with an electric motor comprises: an electric motor 17; a power storage device 16; an air conditioner 10; a heat source cooling circuit 41; and a controller 15. The air conditioner 10 comprises: a heater core 55; an air-conditioning hot liquid circuit 8 for causing a thermal medium liquid to flow through the heater core 55; and a temperature raising device 43 for raising the temperature of the thermal medium liquid with power consumption. In a case in which regenerative braking by the electric motor 17 is performed when the remaining capacity of the power storage device 16 is a prescribed value or more, the controller 15 uses the temperature raising device to raise the temperature of the thermal medium liquid and switches between connection and disconnection between the air-conditioning hot liquid circuit and the heat source cooling circuit according to the temperature of the thermal medium liquid inside each of the air-conditioning hot liquid circuit and the heat source cooling circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】蓄電装置の残容量が所定値以上のときに、車両の運転状況に応じて回生電力を効率良く熱として消費し、かつ、その熱を有効利用することができる電動機搭載車両を提供する。【解決手段】電動機搭載車両1は、電動機17と、蓄電装置16と、空調装置10と、熱源冷却回路41と、制御装置15と、を備えている。空調装置10は、ヒータコア55と、ヒータコア55に熱媒体液を流通させる空調温液回路8と、熱媒体液を昇温させる電力消費を伴う昇温装置43と、を備えている。制御装置15は、蓄電装置16の残容量が所定値以上のときに電動機17による回生制動が行われる場合に、昇温装置によって熱媒体液を昇温させるとともに、空調温液回路と熱源冷却回路の各内部の熱媒体液の温度に応じて、空調温液回路と熱源冷却回路の接続と遮断を切り換える。【選択図】図1
