Summary:To provide a stent insertion device and a stent administration method using it.SOLUTION: There is provided a stent insertion device comprises a loader protection pipe 10, a pusher 20, an insertion hub 30, a PI tube 40, a stent 50 and a guide wire. The stent is a network of shape memory alloy and knotted to an end of the PI tube 40. Most of the body of the stent 50 excepting for an end part forms a knot of a state where it may be untied when an end part of a string thread is pulled. An end of the string thread is pulled out from a string tube and inserted along the guide wire into a diseased blood vessel of a treatment subject in a state being fixed onto a lure cap 23b through a through hole 24a of a front hub connector 23. When an operator sequentially pulls the string thread and an end of a delay wire, the knot is untied sequentially and the stent is expanded by own elasticity so as to continuously expand a blood vessel of the treatment subject. The guide wire is inserted into the diseased blood vessel of the treatment subject and guides the PI tube 40 to be inserted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ステント挿入装置及びそれを用いたステント施術方法を提供する。【解決手段】ローダー保護管１０と、プッシャー２０と、投入ハブ３０と、ＰＩチューブ４０と、ＰＩチューブ４０の先端部に結び目固定される形状記憶合金の網体であり、ステント５０の先端部を除いた胴体の殆どは、ストリング糸の先端部が末端を引っ張ると解けるように結び目を形成し、ストリング糸の末端は、ストリングチューブから抜き取り、前方ハブコネクタ２３の通孔２４ａを通じてルアーキャップ２３ｂに固定された状態で、被施術者の血管病変にガイドワイヤに沿って挿入され、施術者により順次にストリング糸と遅延ワイヤの末端が引っ張られることにより、順次に結び目が解け、自体弾性により拡張され、被施術者の血管を持続的に拡張させるステント５０と、被施術者の血管病変に挿入され、ＰＩチューブ４０を挿入案内するガイドワイヤとを備える、ステント挿入装置である。【選択図】図１
