Summary:To enable multiplexing with microphones of the predetermined number of slots or more constituting one frame period, and perform communication with each of the microphones to obtain a sound signal with good sound quality in a communication method for communication performed with the microphones.SOLUTION: In a wireless microphone system, a master unit 3 includes a master unit control unit 20 that generates a communication table in which a set of a carrier wave and a slot used for communication with m microphone slave units is set for each one frame period by using a total of five carriers in a DECT system and n slots that constitute one frame period of the DECT system, and k wireless processing units WU1 to WUk performing communication using the DECT system with the corresponding individual microphone slave unit out of the m microphone slave units on the basis of the generated communication table.
