【課題】無電解めっき物を製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】ナノ粒子を配合した塗料組成物層、塗膜とめっき皮膜の間にアンカー層を形成し、基材本来の特性を損なわず、層を物理的に密着させる。塗料組成部はPdを含有せず、めっき液と接触する塗膜表層とアルカリ処理により形成されたアンカー層にのみ、Pdが偏在する。【効果】環境負荷の高い薬剤を使わず、難めっき樹脂に対して、無電解めっき皮膜を良好に形成させることができる。【選択図】図2 |
