To provide a vehicle instrument panel fixing structure which reduces a gap between a panel and a display device and enables improvement of a degree of freedom of design.SOLUTION: An instrument panel structure of a vehicle 100 includes: a display device 50 having a display part 52 for displaying information to a driver; and a decorative panel which decorates a periphery of the display part 52. The decorative panel includes: a frame-like first panel 20 enclosing the periphery of the display part 52 and fixed to the display part 52; and a second panel 10 which is disposed adjacent to a lower side of the first panel 20.
