To provide a plate for stencil printing and a manufacturing method thereof which can give high-definition printing without depending on physical properties of ink.SOLUTION: A plate for stencil printing comprises a mask body provided with an opening pattern filling and holding ink materials and passing it. A liquid repellent material covers a front part of a discharge side of the ink materials of the mask body. In a manufacturing method of the plate for stencil printing, liquid repellent membrane is given on a base, the front part of the discharge side of the ink materials of the mask body is pressed to the liquid repellent membrane, and the front part of the discharge side is covered with the liquid repellent material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】インクの物性に依存せず、高精細な印刷を与え得る孔版印刷用製版及びその製造方法の提供。【解決手段】インク材料を充填保持した上でこれを通過させる開口パターンを有して設けられたマスク体を具備する孔版印刷用製版である。マスク体のインク材料の吐出側前面を覆って撥液性材料が付与されていることを特徴とする。また、孔版印刷用製版の製造方法は、基台上に撥液性膜を与え、マスク体のインク材料の吐出側前面を撥液性膜に向けて押圧し、吐出側前面を覆って撥液性材料を付与することを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
