Summary:To restrain interference between acoustic wave filters.SOLUTION: A composite electronic component 10 includes a first acoustic wave filter 1, a second acoustic wave filter 2, a spacer layer 5, and a switch 7. The second acoustic wave filter 2 is facing the first acoustic wave filter 1 in a first direction D1. The switch 7 changes over the ON state and the OFF state of the first acoustic wave filter 1, and the ON state and the OFF state of the second acoustic wave filter 2. A first functional electrode and a second functional electrode are located in a hollow space S1, and facing each other in the first direction D1.
