To provide a superconducting magnetic shield device and a magnetoencephalograph device which can be easily manufactured.SOLUTION: A superconducting magnetic shield device 11 includes: a cylindrical substrate 20; and a shield layer 22 provided on the outer peripheral side of the substrate 20 and including a circumferential superconducting member 21 surrounding the substrate 20 in a circumferential direction.
