The abnormality level calculation part 30 calculates the abnormality level of an evaluation target condition by comparing a reference data set composed of driving data of a plurality of vehicles acquired in road conditions determined to have no abnormality with regard to a predetermined attribute of the driving data with an evaluation data set composed of driving data of the plurality of vehicles acquired in the evaluation target condition where the abnormality level is not determined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】個々の車両の対処行動が正常な行動の範囲に収まっている場合でも、道路状況の異常度を適切に検出することができる異常検出装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】道路状況の異常度を検出する異常検出装置２０であって、異常度算出部３０を備える。異常度算出部３０は、車両の運転情報に基づいたデータを運転データとして、運転データの所定の属性について、異常がないと判断された道路状況において取得された複数の車両の運転データから構成された基準データセットと、異常度合いが判断されていない道路状況である評価対象状況において取得された複数の車両の運転データから構成された評価用データセットとを比較し、評価対象状況の異常度を算出する。【選択図】図１
