Summary:To provide methods, panels, and systems for providing noise insulation.SOLUTION: Noise insulation is provided by an anti-resonant panel 100 including a base panel 102 having a base panel core material 104 and two base panel face sheets 106, 107. Each of the two base panel face sheets is adjacent to an opposite side of the base panel core material. The anti-resonant panel further includes at least one stiffener 108 positioned along the base panel in a predetermined area of the base panel smaller than a full area of the base panel.
